Structured land-based fitness for adults and seniors. Stay strong, mobile and mentally sharp — at any age.
dip! Fit Senior is a Singapore land-based fitness programme offering structured strength, mobility and cognitive health classes for adults and seniors, operated by dip! Fitness Global Group.
dip! Fit Senior is the active aging programme of dip! Fitness Global Group — designed for adults and seniors who want to stay strong, mobile and mentally sharp as they age. It is not a rehabilitation programme and it is not a generic gym class. It is structured fitness coaching, built on the same realism-based methodology that runs through every dip! programme.
Every session is land-based, low-impact and adapted to the participant. Movements are chosen for real-world application — the kind that makes daily life easier, safer and more independent.
Psychology-trained coaches
Every dip! coach is trained in psychology as part of their certification, not just fitness instruction. They understand how to motivate, adapt and build confidence over time.
Cognitive health integrated into every session
Coordination drills, sequencing exercises and attention-based activities keep the mind engaged alongside the body.
Daily-task mobility as the outcome
Every movement maps to something that matters in real life: balance, strength, coordination, and the ability to move confidently in daily environments.
Part of the full dip! ecosystem
Participants have access to all six dip! programmes at member rates, including dip! Swim for low-impact aquatic conditioning.
What happens in a dip! Fit Senior session: Each 45-minute land-based session follows the five-step dip! structure: explain, assess, practise, progress, correct. Sessions are small — individual or paired — so every participant receives direct coach attention throughout.
"Fitness is not about what you used to be able to do. It is about what you can do today — and what you will be able to do tomorrow. "
Strength and functional movement
Exercises are chosen for real-world carry-over, including getting up from a seated position, maintaining balance on uneven surfaces, carrying weight without strain, and moving with control and coordination. Movements are adapted to each participant's current ability and progressed as strength and confidence improve.
Cognitive health and mental engagement
Every session includes activities that engage the mind alongside the body, such as sequencing drills, dual-task exercises (moving while processing information), coordination challenges and attention-based activities. Cognitive engagement is a deliberate and structured part of every dip! Fit Senior class.
Balance and fall prevention
Balance training is integrated throughout every session. Proprioceptive exercises, single-leg stability work and dynamic movement patterns are introduced progressively to build physical confidence, improve reaction time and reduce the risk of falls in daily life.
Flexibility and joint health
Each session includes structured mobility exercises to maintain and improve range of motion, particularly in the hips, knees, shoulders and spine. Movements are low-impact and joint-friendly, making them suitable for participants managing arthritis, recovering from surgery or living with chronic pain.
You are 50 or older and want to stay strong and active.
You have been away from exercise and want to return at a pace that suits your body.
You are managing age-related changes such as reduced mobility, joint stiffness or balance concerns and want structured support.
You want fitness that improves how you feel in everyday life, not just in the gym.
Your family has encouraged you to stay active and you want a programme led by coaches who understand how to work with seniors.
You want to be part of a fitness community that grows with you across swimming, fitness and wellness.
dip! Fit Senior follows the same realism-based methodology used across all dip! programmes. Coaching is not one-size-fits-all. It is adaptive, personalised and built around each participant's current ability and goals.
Every dip! coach is trained in psychology as part of their certification. This means they understand not only how to demonstrate an exercise, but also how to motivate participants managing pain, rebuild confidence after a period of inactivity, and recognise when to progress or when more consolidation is needed.
Explain and demonstrate the movement or exercise.
Assess the participant's current ability, mobility and range of movement.
Guide the participant through practice with encouragement and positive reinforcement.
Progress to the next milestone only when the participant is ready.
Provide immediate feedback and corrections to reinforce safe and effective movement patterns.

No prior fitness experience is required. Sessions are tailored to each participant's current ability and progress at a comfortable pace. Adults in their 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond are all welcome.
Q: What does a typical dip! Fit Senior class involve?
A: Each 45-minute land-based session combines functional movement, strength training and cognitive exercises to improve how the body and mind work together in everyday life.
Every class follows the five-step dip! coaching methodology: Explain, Assess, Practise, Progress and Correct. Exercises focus on practical daily movements such as standing from a chair, carrying groceries, maintaining balance and moving confidently in different environments.
Cognitive training is integrated into every session through sequencing activities, coordination drills, attention exercises and reaction-based tasks.
Q: Is dip! Fit Senior suitable for someone with joint pain or limited mobility?
A: Yes. dip! Fit Senior is designed to meet participants where they are. All exercises are low-impact, adaptable and adjusted to individual capabilities.
Our psychology-trained coaches understand how to modify movements for participants managing arthritis, recovering from surgery, living with chronic pain or experiencing reduced mobility. If you have a specific medical condition, we recommend speaking with our team before your first session so we can provide the most suitable guidance.
Q: How is dip! Fit Senior different from a regular gym class for seniors?
A: dip! Fit Senior is more than a standard seniors fitness class. It is a structured programme built around the dip! realism-based coaching methodology, delivered by psychology-trained coaches who focus on both physical and cognitive wellbeing.
While many senior fitness classes concentrate primarily on exercise, dip! Fit Senior also develops mental engagement, balance, confidence and everyday functional movement. The goal is not simply to improve fitness, but to help participants move confidently and independently in daily life.
Participants also become part of the wider dip! ecosystem, with access to programmes that support every stage of life—from prenatal wellness through to active ageing.
Q: Can a family member or carer observe or accompany the participant?
A: Yes. Family members and carers are welcome to observe sessions, especially during the initial lessons.
We believe family involvement helps participants feel more comfortable and confident. Our coaches are happy to discuss progress, answer questions and work together with carers to support each participant's goals.
Q: Will rates change in 2027?
A: Yes. Annual membership for new enrolments will increase from $199 to $299 from 2027.
Current membership rates remain available for all new enrolments made before the end of 2026.
