The dip! Coach Buy-out Scheme is a full-time coaching role in Singapore for existing coaches and trainers, including freelance swim coaches, personal trainers, kids fitness coaches and coaches placed with other schools, who already have their own students. dip! takes on your existing classes and employs you full-time, with paid medical and annual leave and CPF contributions. The revenue from your current classes stays yours.
Most freelance coaching in Singapore is built around things coaches cannot control: the weather, last-minute cancellations, unpaid sick days and the constant work of finding and keeping clients. This scheme is built around the coach instead, so you keep teaching your students with the stability of a proper job behind you.
